St. Francis Xavier School recruits talented professionals who are dedicate to children and their development. The teaching team is comprised of 26 teachers. With an average teaching experience of 11 years, the faculty is dedicated to its own professional development. Seventy percent have a master's degree or equivalent in education.

In addition to a talented teaching and administrative staff, St. Francis Xavier School has a campus minister, licensed school nurse, part-time licensed couselor, librarian, reading coordinator, technology coordinator, and five classroom instructional assistants. The faculty and staff work collaboratively to provide students with a high quality Catholic education

Ignatian Educators:

In the Igantian tradition of education, St. Francis Xavier School faculty provide students with an Ignatian based education. This means we.....

  • regard education as a means for giving glory to God by producing students who see their life as one of service with Christ to others.

Faculty Collaboration Days:

On early release Wednesdays, teachers work in groups to learn and work together for the benefit of all students. Collaboration days reflect our commitment to encouraging high achievement with all our students. The St. Francis Xavier faculty is committed to its own professional development and particpate in opportunities on an on-going basis. We pride ourself in pursuing opportunities that are student-centered, data-driven, and research-based.
