The application fee is $25 and the Gesell screening fee is $50.

All kindergarten students are Gesell screened. For more information
on the Gesell Assessment Screening, go to their website by CLICKING HERE.

Applications are not accepted without all the documentation listed
on the front of the application and the $25 application fee.

The required documentation includes:

~ birth certificate
~ sacrament documents
~ 2 years of report cards
~ 2 years of standardized test results (such as AIMS, ITBS, Stanford 9 etc.)
