November 4, 2010
in the school office.
A $75 application fee, birth certificate, application,
and baptism certificate (if applicable)
are required documentation.

the Kindergarten
OPEN HOUSE
on Sunday,
October 31, 2010
at 10:00 a.m.
in the school cafeteria.
There will be
tours and a presentation in the library at 11:00 a.m. |

Kindergarten Applications
Kindergarten Applications for 2011-2012 school year will be available on the school website and in the school office starting on October 4, 2010
Applications will be accepted for 2011-2012 kindergarten starting on November 1, 2010.
You are invited to attend a Kindergarten Roundup for the 2011-2012 school year on Sunday, October 31, 2010 after the 9:00 am. Mass. The Roundup/Open House will run from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier School.
Tours
We offer tours of the school for interested parents throughout the school year. Please call our school office to reserve a place in a tour. The phone number is 602-266-5364 extension 0. We do not offer tours on other days or shadowing of students.
