Scrip Order Form

The SCRIP/TRIP program is one of the major fundraisers at St. Francis Xavier School. As a component of tuition each family is obligated to provide $200 to the school through the profits generated from scrip purchases. Once the $200 profit obligation is met, families may start generating tuition rebates. Please be aware that buying $200 in scrip is not the same as earning your $200 profit obligation.

The Scrip/Trip program begins May 1, and runs through April 30. Scrip can be purchases Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the school office from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. when school is in session.

If a parent does not participate in the SCRIP/TRIP program, then he/she will be asked to pay $200, as a component of tuition.

Through TRIP, tuition reimbursement program, a family can benefit from a tuition credit. Once a family achieves the $200 profit to the school, additional dollars that the family generates for the school with be split 50-50 with the school up to the amount payable for tuition. Profits that can be used to pay tuition or registration are not refundable if a family withdraws from St. Francis Xavier. The school cannot give SCRIP monies to families for earnings above their tuition costs.

Trip rebates are posted on family tuition accounts once in January and again in May. TRIP rebatees in January will be applied to the balance on the family account in the current school year. TRIP rebates posted in May will be applied to the family account for the following school year (unless there is a residual balance on the family account). Tuition credits are not refundable to a family but will only be issued as a credit against future costs associated with tuition.

Target Take Charge of Education

Apply for a Target Visa or Target Guest Card and designate St. Francis Xavier as the beneficiary. Although this program cannot be tracked for purposes of tuition credit, we encourage you to participate as it means additional funds for St. Francis Xavier School. Target will give 1% of your purchases whenever you use the card at a Target store or at Target.com. They will give one-half percent of Target Visa purchases everywhere else you use your Target Visa. Target distributes money to the school in March and September.

If you or a family member or friend have a Target Visa, go to Target.com to register your card with St. Francis Xavier Elementary School. The Target School ID is 2513.
