Substitute Teacher
If you would like to be a substitute teacher at St. Francis Xavier, please complete the Diocese of Phoenix Substitute application (click the link below) and follow the procedures at the Diocese to be screened and placed on the Diocese Substitute Teacher List. After you have completed the screening at the Diocese, contact Mary Musgrove in the school office at mary.musgrove@sfxphx.org or call the school office at 602-266-5364 ext. 0.
