Kindergarten

St. Francis Xavier School offers a blended appoach in its kindergarten program. Students are provided strong academic instruction in an exploratory environment. Center learning is an important compenent of our program. Class size is limited to 20 students to provide teachers the opportunity to give individual attention to each child.

We believe children learn best as they experience the world around them. Your child will have the opportunity to attend many culturally diverse field trips and participate in a variety of activities within our own community. Children will participate in activities such as the following:

Religious Instruction

We offer a biblically and sacramentally based Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Program. Students are taught to:

recognizes that God is the creator of all things
recognizes that we are all members of God’s family
celebrates and enjoys God’s creation
experience God through our relationship with others
respectful of the nature of young children, acknowledging that they approach God in freedom and joy
