Confirmation

The Diocese of Phoenix is now following the Restored Order Model for Confirmation and is preparing children for the Sacraments of 1st Eucharist and Confirmation in the 3rd grade.

If you have children that are not Confirmed and are in the 4th, 5th or 6th grades, call 602 212-4532

If you have a child in Jr. High(7-8th grade) or High School contact Ann Acosta at 602 212-4511 or ann.acosta@sfxphx.org

Registration forms for religious education will be available for download beginning on Tuesday, September 7th.
