Feelings of New Beginnings

Dear Parishioners and Friends,

September always brings a feeling of new beginnings, Never has it seemed more so than now as we enter fall with all parish and school construction completed at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Faith Community.

St. Francis Xavier School is bustling with the energy and enthusiasm of 635 students, who are receiving an unparalleled elementary education in the Jesuit tradition. I am proud of the school's outstanding educators, who now have a state-of-the,art facility to enhance their impact on our students.

With our new Pastoral and Community Outreach Center, St. Francis Xavier families are gathering for life and family celebrations, our parish is facilitating a growing number of ministries, and we have launched the Ignatian Spirituality Center. Between the parish and school, there are more than 170 key programs in operation, serving over 30,000 individuals every year, including parishioners, students, area residents and the community at large.

In the truest sense, we it Realizing the Master's Plan here at St. Francis Xavier Parish and School.

We are closer than ever to reaching the $25 million goal initiated in 2007. Having come so far together, 1 am humbly asking our St. Francis Xavier community, every parishioner and every school family, to make one final gift to cover the remaining $3.7 million.

Thanks to the generosity of the Anderson Family Foundation, your pledge will be matched dollar-for-dollar. We have a number of unique naming opportunities available. If you would like to discuss this special way to honor your family or a loved one, please contact me for more information.

As we are nearing the completion of our campaign, every dollar counts, and I hope I can count on you now! Thank you for your continued generosity and support.

God Bless,
Fr. Dan Sullivan, S.J.
